Subscription Refunds

Royal Forex offers subscription-based services for our trading signal plans. We stand behind the quality of our services and provide the following refund options:

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase, provided that:

• The refund request is made within 7 calendar days of the purchase date
• You have not violated our Terms and Conditions
• The request is made via email to support@royalforex.pro

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions beyond the initial 7-day period, refunds are not provided for partial months. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund for unused full months, less a 10% administrative fee, provided the refund request is made at least 30 days before the renewal date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@royalforex.pro with your account email, subscription plan, and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
